What areas do you cover?
We are based in Torbay and provide services across the local area and surrounding locations, subject to availability. For Dog Walking we restrict to Torbay. For Home Boarding additional charges will be needed for pick up and drop off.

How much do your services cost?
Pricing varies depending on the service and individual requirements. Please contact us for current rates and we will be happy to provide a clear quotation.

Do you offer a collection and return service?
Yes. For walks and selected services, we can collect and return your dog from your home. This is arranged in advance and may vary depending on distance.

What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for reasonable notice of any changes or cancellations. A 25% non refundable Deposit is required at Booking. Late cancellations may incur further charge.s Full details are provided at the time of booking.

How many dogs do you take at one time?
We accept a limited number of dogs to ensure a calm, structured environment and to maintain high levels of individual care. We are licencesd for a maximum of 6 Home Boarded Dogs. We take a maximum of 4 dogs per Walker on Group Walks.

Will I receive updates while my dog is with you?
Yes. We provide regular updates, which may include messages and photos, giving you peace of mind while your dog is in our care.

What should I bring for my dog’s stay?
Please provide your dog’s usual food, lead, collar or harness, bedding and a familiar item from home, and any medication with clear instructions. This should be in a clearly labeled sealable box.

What are your drop-off and collection times?
Arrival and departure times are agreed in advance to maintain a smooth and structured routine for all dogs in our care. These are generally 8am to 9.30am in the Morning and 5pm to 6.30pm in the afternoon.

Can my dog be let off the lead?
Yes, where appropriate and only with your prior consent. Safety and suitability are always considered first.

Will my dog be with other dogs?
Yes. All dogs are carefully assessed to ensure they are comfortable and compatible within a small, well-managed group.

Do you accept all dogs?
No. All dogs must meet our suitability requirements, including breed, age, temperament, neutered and health criteria. This ensures a safe and balanced environment for all guests.

What is the trial stay for?
All dogs are required to complete a 24-hour trial stay before boarding. This allows us to assess suitability and ensure your dog settles comfortably into our care. All Dogs initial walk are a trial WalK to determine whether they are suitable for future Group Walk.

Can I visit before booking?
Yes. Visits are welcomed by prior arrangement so we can give you our full attention and discuss your dog’s needs properly.
